Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Jabulani Children’s Village through our secure online payment gateway is as follows:
- Any request for cancellation and refund of online donations, once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
- No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing an online donation, as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We, therefore, request donors to be certain before making a donation.
- No refund or cancellation request for the donated amount will be entertained for online donations through our payment gateway after the donation has been accepted. The only exception is in the case of a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
- Once received, the online donation to the orphanage is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. All donations will be used to help care for the basic needs of the children at the orphanage.
